Älvdalen Besparingsskog: Smarter Solutions for Precision Forestry
Älvdalen Besparingsskog is a community-owned forestry organisation based in Sweden. It manages large forest areas and aims to combine efficient use of resources with responsible forest stewardship. Arbonaut is one of Location Innovation Hub partners, a geodata company specialising in forestry applications. Arbonaut provided high-resolution tree-level data using LiDAR and AI-powered analysis. The forest inventory covered an area of 130,000 hectares.
