Are you interested in indoor and sensor positioning technologies and the opportunities they offer to your business in Europe and worldwide? Welcome to Location Innovation Hub’s webinar organised together with Finnish FAIR EDIH and Nemonoor EDIH from Norway.
Indoor and sensor positioning is important because it enables accurate location in areas where GPS does not work well, such as inside buildings, tunnels and urban areas. They improve navigation, security, asset tracking and automation in industries such as healthcare, logistics, retail and smart cities. These technologies also enhance the user experience, optimise operations and support emerging applications such as augmented reality and autonomous robots.
Indoor and sensor positioning is improving with AI, sensor fusion, UWB and advanced wireless technologies such as UWB and 5G, making location tracking more precise. Challenges include signal interference, high energy consumption and a lack of standard rules across systems. Future work aims to improve accuracy, save energy and make different technologies work better together.
This webinar highlights the experiences of three Nordic EDIHs: The Location Innovation Hub, Finnish AI Region and Nemonoor Norway. We also include insights from Estonia.
Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights from leading experts in the field. Join us to explore the future of indoor and sensor positioning and its impact on various industries!
