DMAT helps companies assess their impact – round two underway!
The Digital Maturity Assessment Tool (DMAT) is a powerful tool for European businesses to assess their digital capability and development needs. Each European Digital Innovation Hub uses the DMAT to assess the digital development path of its clients.
The Location Innovation Hub (LIH) has launched a DMAT2 round with its clients. This means that the impact assessment will be repeated for clients who have been LIH clients for about a year. The updated assessment will help the company to understand how the agreed actions have worked and what needs to be done next. The company will gain insight not only into its own development, but also how its digital maturity is evolving over time in comparison to other European companies.
"The results of this second round will form the basis of an overall impact assessment of the Location Innovation Hub, which will be completed by the summer. We will gain valuable insights into how companies' digital capabilities have developed with the support of the LIH and what actions have contributed to their business growth and operational development," says Frank Nyamahowa, Networking Specialist at the Location Innovation Hub.
The DMAT provides a snapshot of the current state of the business in several areas such as digital processes, data use and cyber security. After the assessment, the company receives a report that helps prioritise improvement actions and supports strategic decision-making. More than 100 clients have already received a DMAT assessment from Location Innovation Hub.
